RETAINER POLICY
A non-refundable $500 minimum retainer will be collected to book an installation date. This will be non-refundable and will hold the time for your appointment. This will not be transferred, reschedules must be done within the cancelation policy. Retainer Contract will be sent at time of booking and Extension Contract will be sent on the date of installation.

CANCELATION POLICY
Cancelations accepted up to 72 hours before the scheduled service. Any cancellations within 72 hours, will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. If you "No Call, No Show" you will no longer be able to book with me.
